-腰果 Cashew Nut 42粒 42grains
1)腰果沖水洗淨
Rinse the cashew nuts with water.
2)放入氣炸鍋或焗爐160度5分鐘烘焗
Place them in an air fryer or oven and bake at 160 degrees for 5 minutes.
3)牛油放在室溫放軟,加入糖粉
Soften the butter at room temperature and add powdered sugar.
4)設定30秒速度3.5混合
Set 30 seconds/ Speed 3.5
5)再設定30秒,速度3.5
Set 30 seconds/ Speed 3.5 again
6)期間從量杯蓋分2-3次倒入蛋液
Gradually pour the egg mixture into the mixing bowl in two to three portions.
7)放入過篩後的低筋麵粉和泡打粉
Add sifted cake flour and baking powder to the mixture.
8)再放入鹽
Add salt to the mixture.
9)30秒/速度3混合
Set 30 seconds/ Speed 3 to mix.
10)用刮刀棒把餡料從旁邊位刮進底部
Use a spatula to scrape the batter from the sides toward the bottom.
11)設定10秒速度3混合
Set 10 seconds/ speed 3 to mix.
12)簡易方便混合完成!
The mixture is now well blended and ready.
13)餡料取出放入冰箱急凍冷藏15分鐘備用
Take out the filling and refrigerate it for 15 minutes to chill.
14)分成每10g一個(可做到42個)
Divide the filling into 10g portions (approximately 42 portions).
15)把腰果放在餡料中間,塗上剩下的蛋液,或有蛋黃掃面更佳!
Place a cashew nut in the center of each portion and brush the remaining beaten egg on top. Alternatively, brush with egg yolk for better results.
16)放入已預熱的焗爐160度20分鐘至金黃色即成!
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
