南瓜肉碎粟米粥 Pumpkin congee with minced pork & sweet corn

-肉碎minced pork 200g
-南瓜pumpkin 250g
-粟米sweet corn 半條half
-米rice 150g
-水water 1200ml
-鹽salt 半茶匙 1/2 tsp
-麻油sesame oil 適量 amount as needed

豬肉醃料pork marinade list:
-鹽Salt/糖sugar各半茶匙 1/2 tsp
-豉油light soy sauce / 油oil各半湯匙 1tbsp

1)主鍋放入肉碎再加水蓋過
Place minced meat in the simmering basket of mixing bowl and add enough water to cover it.

2)設定5分鐘/50度/速度4跑活水
Set for 5 minutes/50 degree /Speed 4 to do the waterspa.

3)跑活水清潔後沖水用廚房紙印乾
Rinse the minced meat with water and pat it dry with kitchen paper.

4)放入豬肉醃料醃製備用
Add the pork marinade list for marinating.

5)米加入鹽及麻油混合,放置5分鐘
Mix salt and sesame oil with the rice and let it sit for 5 minutes.

6)米放入主鍋加水,再放入切件南瓜
Place the rice in the mixing bowl, add water, and then add diced pumpkin.

7)及粟米(如果想保留口感可以後放〕
Also add corn (if you want to preserve its texture, you can add it later).

8)設定20分鐘/98度/速度1烹煮
Set for 20 minutes/98 degree /Speed 1 to cook.

9)此時南瓜而熟透
At this point, the pumpkin should be cooked thoroughly.

10)設定8秒/速度4.5打碎
Set 8seconds/speed 4.5 to blend the pumpkin.

11)之後放入豬肉碎(如果後放的粟米可以在此時放入)
Then, add the minced pork (if you are adding corn later, you can add it at this point).

12) 設定10分鐘/98度/速度1烹煮
Set for 10 minutes/98 degree /Speed 1 to cook.

13)完成!放入保溫鍋保暖剛剛好!食到最後都係熱喔!
Done! Place it in the thermosever to keep it warm and It will stay hot until the end!
