奶香鴨胸意粉 Creamy duck breast linguine

-煙鴨胸Smoked duck breast 220g
-洋蔥Onion 半個half
-蒜頭Garlic gloves 三粒 3
-牛油Butter 30g
-熱水Hot water 330ml
-意粉Linguine 200g
-鹽Salt 半茶匙 half tsp
-全脂牛奶Full-fat milk 80m
-忌廉Cooking cream 80ml
-黑胡椒Black peppers/香草Herbs/橄欖油Olive oil 適量
(裝飾用for Garnishing)

1) 鴨胸肉切厚片放入主鍋
Cut the duck breast into thick slices and place them in the mixing bowl.

2)設定4分鐘/120度/速度1爆香
Set for 4 minutes/120 degrees/Speed 1 to stir-fry.

3)免油爆香,夾出鴨胸肉
Stir-fry the duck breast without oil and take it out with tongs.

4)鍋內的精華亦倒出備用
Pour out the essence from the mixing bowl and set it aside.

5)不用洗鍋,放入洋蔥及蒜粒
Without washing the mixing bowl, add onions and garlic.

6)設定5秒/0/速度5切碎
Set for 5 seconds/Speed 5 to chop.

7)把食材刮進底部,放入牛油
Scrape the ingredients to the bottom and add butter

8)設定3分鐘/120度/速度1爆香
Set for 3 minutes/120 degrees/Speed 1 to stir-fry.

9)放入鴨胸精華水及熱水330ml
Add the essence of the duck breast and 330ml of hot water.

10)設定10分鐘/100度/反刀0.5
Set for 10 minutes/100 degrees/reverse speed 0.5 to cook.

11)之後打開量杯蓋放入意粉烹調
Open the measuring cup lid and add the pasta for cooking.

12)期間可以插入刮刀棒幫助攪拌
You can use a spatula to stir during this process

13)意粉還未熟透不要緊
It’s okay if the pasta is not fully cooked yet.

14)現在加入牛奶,忌廉和鹽
Now add full-fat milk, cooking cream, and salt.

15)設定5分鐘/Varoma/反刀湯匙速度
Set for 5 minutes/Varoma/reverse speed spoon to cook.

16)最後2分鐘打開量杯蓋放入鴨胸肉(保持開蓋到最後)
In the last 2 minutes, open the measuring cup lid and add the duck breast slices.

(Keep the lid open until the end.)
