椰菜花濃湯Cauliflower soup

-椰菜花Cauliflower 400g
-鹽Salt 半茶匙half tsp
-全脂牛奶Full-fat milk 150ml
•薯仔Potatoes 230g
-洋蔥Onion 半個half
-忌廉Cooking cream 50ml
-黑胡椒Black peppers / 香草Herbs/ 橄欖油Olive oil 適量
-蒜頭Garlic gloves 三粒
-牛油Butter 20g
-蔬菜濃湯/雞湯 Vegetables stock/Chicken stock 500ml
(装飾用for Garnishing)


1) 椰菜花放入網窩加水蓋過食材
Place the cauliflower in the simmering basket and add enough water to cover the ingredients.

2) 設定5分鐘/50度/速度4跑活水
Set for 5 minutes/50 degrees/Speed 4 to do water spa .

3)完成後取出沖水隔水備用
Once done, remove and rinse with water. Set aside.

It’s necessary to do Thermomix water spa for cleaning.


如沒有刨皮保刀蓋可省略五至八步驟
Steps 5 to 8 can be ignored if there is no Thermomix Peeler

5)主鍋放上刨皮保刀蓋和薯仔
Place the potatoes on top of the peeler in the mixing bowl

6)加入600ml水
Add 600ml of water.

7)開啟TM6的刨皮模式 設置2分鐘
Turn on the peeling mode of TM6 and set for 2 minutes.

8)完成!請倒出沖水切件備用
Done! Pour out the water and cut into pieces for later use.

9)主鍋抹乾放入洋蔥和蒜頭
keep the mixing bowl dry and add onions and garlic.

10)設定5秒/速度5打碎
Set for 5 seconds/Speed 5 to chop.

11)把食材刮進底部再放入牛油
Use the spatula to scrape the ingredients to the bottom and add butter.

12)設定3分鐘/120度/速度1爆香
Set for 3 minutes/120 degrees/Speed 1 to stir-fry.

13)放入椰菜花及薯仔
Add cauliflower and potatoes.

14)設定6分鐘/100度/速度1爆香
Set for 6 minutes/100 degrees/Speed 1 to stir-fry.

15)倒入蔬菜濃湯/雞湯
Pour in vegetable stock/chicken stock.

16)設定15分鐘/100度/速度1烹煮
Set for 15 minutes/100 degrees/Speed 1 to cook.

17)烹煮後準備打磨
Prepare for blending after cooking.

18)設定1分鐘/0/先去到速度5
Set for 1 minute/0/Start from Speed 5.

19) 期間繼續加速扭至速度10打磨
Continue increasing the speed to 10 for blending.

20) 打磨後加入鹽,牛奶,忌廉
After blending, add salt, milk, and cooking cream.

21) 設定4分鐘/Varoma/速度3混合
Set for 4 minutes/Varoma/Speed 3 to mix.

22)幼滑香濃的椰菜花濃湯就完成了
The creamy and flavorful cauliflower soup is now ready.
