猴頭菇養生滋補湯 Monkey head mushroom nourishing soup

-猴頭菇Monkey head mushroom 2個 2pieces
-乾螺片Dried conch slices 50克 50g
-海底椰子片 Sea coconut 15克 15g
-淮山Chinese yam 半條half
-泥紅蘿蔔Ground Carrot 半條 half
-花生Peanuts 30克 30g
-眉豆Black eye bean 30克 30g
-蜜棗Candied date 3粒 3grain
-扇骨Pork shoulder blade bone 450克 450g

1)猴頭菇和螺片放入網鍋加水
Place dried monkey head mushrooms and conch slices in a simmering basket and add water.to cover.

2)設定20分鐘/37度/速度4浸發和清潔
Set for 20 minutes/37 degrees /Speed 4 to do the waterspa.

3)完成後沖水,猴頭菇揸乾水去椗切細件備用
Rinse them with water when its finished. Pat it dry the monkey head mushrooms and remove the stems. Cut them into small pieces and set aside.

4)換新水,扇骨放入網鍋
Replace the new water and add pork shoulder blade bone to the simmering basket.

5) 設定5分鐘/50度/速度4跑活水
Set for 5 minutes/50 degrees /Speed 4 to do the waterspa.

6)跑活水把肉類污垢沖出後,煮出來的湯會更鮮甜喔
Water spa helps remove impurities from the meat, resulting in a sweeter and fresher-tasting soup.

7)主鍋放入保刀蓋(沒有可省略)放入切件的紅蘿蔔及淮山
Place the blade cover in the mixing bowl (optional) then add diced carrots and Chinese yam.

8)放入猴頭菇,蜜棗和扇骨
Add the monkey head mushrooms, candied dates, and pork shoulder blade bone.

9)放入海底椰子片
Add sea coconut slices.

10)放入螺片
Add conch slices.

11)放入眉豆及花生
Add black eye beans and peanuts.

12)加水蓋過食材
then add enough water to cover the ingredients.

13)設定70分鐘/100度/反湯匙烹調
Set for 70 minutes/100 degrees / reverse speed spoon to cook.

14)完成!小美煲湯水量沒有減少👍🏻
