蠔仔肉碎粥 Minced oyster congee

-蠔仔Baby Oyster 250g
-豬肉碎Minced Pork 200g
-冷飯Overnight Rice 300g
-菜脯Dried Radish 30g
-冬菜Deied Cabbage 30g
-生粉Cornstarch 一湯匙 1 tbsp
-水Water 1000ml
-大地魚粉Dried Flounder Fish Powder 10g

豬肉醃料Pork Marinade List:
-鹽Salt,糖Sugar 各半茶匙 1/2tsp
-豉油Light SoySauce,油Oil各半湯匙 1/2 tbsp

-姜/蔥/芫荽/鹽/胡椒粉適量
Ginger/Spring Onion/Coriander/Salt/White Pepper
(amount as needed)

如果用生米的話,可以改為以下份量:
If using rice, the adjusted measurements and instructions would be as follows:
米150g, 水增加至1200ml, 步驟12由15分鐘增加至25分鐘

Rice: 150g,Water: Increased to 1200ml
Step 12: Increased from 15minutes to 25 minutes.
Please note that these adjustments are specific to using raw rice instead of cooked rice.

1) 蠔仔和生粉放入網鍋
Put oysters and tapioca starch into the simmering basket.

2) 設定5分鐘/37度/速度4跑活水
Set for 5 minutes/37 degrees/Speed 4 to do the waterspa.

3) 輕鬆清潔乾淨過水
Easy to clean thoroughly with water.

4) 隔水備用
Set aside with later use.

5) 肉碎放入網鍋
Put minced meat into the simmering basket.

6) 設定5分鐘/50度/速度4跑活水
Set for 5 minutes/50 degrees/Speed 4 to do the waterspa.

7) 跑活水把油脂污垢雜質衝出
The waterspa helps to flush out the grease, dirt, and impurities.

8) 沖水清潔乾淨,隔水印乾備用
Rinse with water to clean thoroughly and set aside to dry.

9) 肉碎放入豬肉醃料混合
Mix minced meat with pork marinade.

10) 醃製10分鐘備用
Marinate for 10 minutes and set aside.

11)主鍋放入冷飯及水
Put cold rice and water into the mixing bowl.

12) 設定15分鐘/98度/速度1烹煮
Set for 15 minutes/98 degrees/Speed 1 to cook.

13) 放入大地魚粉
Add dried flounder fish powder.

14) 設定8秒/反刀3混合
Set for 8 minutes/reverse speed 3 to mix.

15) 放入肉碎
Put the minced meat

16) 設定4分鐘/98度/速度1烹煮
Set for 4 minutes/98 degrees/Speed 1 to cook.

17) 放入蠔仔和薑片
Add oysters and ginger slices.

18) 設定6分鐘/98度/反刀湯匙
Set for 6 minutes/98degrees/ Reverse speed spoon to cook.

19) 倒數最後2分鐘放入已洗淨的菜脯和冬菜
In the last 2 minutes, add washed dried radish and cabbage.

20)音樂響起,綿滑蠔仔肉碎粥完成!
As the music plays, the smooth and creamy minced oyster congee is ready!
